Data/Reporting Manager ((CRM, Salesforce, BI)

Data/Reporting Manager (CRM, Salesforce and BI) required by my fantastic SaaS client in Reading.


As the Data/Reporting manager you will take complete and total ownership of my clients CRM, reporting and data from a multitude of departments including sales, marketing, finance and development and provide heads of department with regular insights so they can action as necessary.


This is an exciting opportunity where you can take the lead in the client's new BI tools such as (Qlik/Sales Wave) combined with Salesforce where most of the clients data sits.


Key Responsibilities:



  • As the Data/Reporting Manager you will own all internal reporting and metrics, providing essential business insights across the business

  • Collating and delivery of data and reports from sources such as Salesforce, Google analytics, Pardot and within the clients BI Tools (Qlik/Sales Wave)

  • Own and ensure this data within these systems is accurate, up to date and compliant with GDPR

  • Creation and updates of reports & dashboards to summarise commercial activity

  • Produce strategic performance information in line with business strategy

  • Provide statistical analysis on business metrics to assist with forecasting/budgeting

  • Engage with key stakeholders around the business to requirements, and design and build appropriate solutions to deliver these

  • Commercial and operational reporting around KPIs

  • Maintain and administer all associated procedure documents relating to daily, weekly, monthly reports

  • Help pull together financial/board pack reports and cross checking with other systems, specifically salesforce, for accuracy


Requirements:



  • Strong and very experienced in Data Management and Reporting

  • Previous ownership and responsibility of CRM, reporting and data management systems would be highly desirable and preferred

  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce, Google Analytics, Pardot and within BI tools such as (Qlik and Sales wave)

  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience

  • Previous experience of presenting data and reports to both internal and external stakeholders would be highly advantageous

  • Professional, team orientated and collaborative attitude

  • Calm, collected and confident in approach

  • Proactive, diligent and self-motivated, and able to hit the ground running

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
