We are currently recruiting for a Referral and Assessment Team Manager to work in the North-West London area.

This is a Permanent role!

Some of your duties will include:
, To ensure that the delivery of the service is within agreed strategic, operational and
, Financial priorities and that it is in accordance with statutory responsibilities, policies and procedures.
, Management of Team budget
, To be responsible for achieving and maintaining best practice standards and quality
, Assuring all aspects of the Team's performance.
, To monitor Team expenditure in line with managerial delegated authorities, the Team
, Business Plan and Best Value principles.

, Previous experience as a Childrens Social Work Team Manager (1 years+)
