Technology Business Partner - Sales

Technology Business Partner - Sales, West London, £80-100K + 15% Bonus, £10.5K Car Allowance + Bens.

Degree educated with a 2.1 or higher, you will ideally have a background as a Business Partner, consulting on and influencing the usage of technology in the sales arena.

You will be accountable for the successful delivery of technology initiatives that enable the commercial agenda in GB.

You will partner with sales and commercial directors to understand their strategy and shape the process and technology change initiatives that will realise the vision.

For each initiative, you will ensure value is understood, facilitate cross-team collaboration and technical delivery quality.



On a typical day you could be…
, Translating a business opportunity into a discrete set of initiatives
, Reviewing requirements, epics or user stories for a new tool
, Leading a workshop to understand and capture our interactions with customers
, Determining and sharing GB commercial needs with a product owner to ensure they are included in the product roadmap
, Collaborating with solutions teams to provide guidance on priorities, understanding status, removing impediments
, Influencing the business on a best course of action to resolve a technology need
, Researching the latest cloud technologies available in the organisation or in the market to resolve a business problem
, Bringing agile ways of working into business initiatives
, Challenging an executive on the business value of a new idea
, Shadowing the commercial sales support team, or a fields sales rep to understand their needs
, Scoping a pilot to use latest technologies to bring competitive advantage capabilities to a business with Big Data, bots, AI or IoT
