RMN Deputy Ward Manager with CAMHS Experience

We currently have a fantastic new job opportunity for a RMN Deputy Ward Manager with CAMHS Experience to join one of the leading Hospitals in the UK.

We are proud to announce that as a RMN Deputy you will be working for a company which prides itself in providing the highest standards of care to all residents within their care.


The independent hospital specialises in the management and treatment of mental health problems.

The hospital has residential facilities for 60 patients, as well as offering outpatients’ services.


The successful candidate will be paid a competitive salary of £29,000-£35,000 per annum plus other generous benefits such as:


•             Annual payment of £1000 for continuous service for the first three years

•             25 days annual leave plus Bank holidays, and extra leave after 5 and 10 years’ service

•             Pension scheme with employer contribution, Plus many other great benefits.


The ideal candidate will have the following skills which are essential for this role:

•             CAMHS Experience

•             Mental Health Awareness

•             Ability to cope under pressure

•             Able to write care plans

•             Delegation Duties

•             Good Understanding of the CQC and Mental Health


You must be qualified as a RMN, with at least 2 years + experience.
