You will be required to support our continuing growth strategy, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Contracts Analyst who will be familiar with all aspects of contract management activities.
 
The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be to review and advise Directors, Managers and other senior members of staff on contractual and commercial terms and conditions as part of the bid preparation process, contract negotiation and contract management for the wide range of services offered by the company and its subsidiaries.

You will also advise and mentor existing staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have proven management and leadership ability along with significant experience in the offshore energy industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role in order to present information clearly and effectively to facilitate decision-making, with the ability to absorb complex information quickly and to think clearly, critically and decisively.
 
You will be of degree calibre or equivalent, a team worker with proven leadership skills, you'll possess excellent negotiation and contract management skills with a sound understanding of supply chain methodologies and their application.

Previous relevant marine and/or offshore energy industry experience would be a distinct advantage.

A relevant qualification in contract management / law would also be beneficial.
