Service Desk Analyst required for reputable organisation.

Service Desk Analyst, 1st Line Support, 2nd Line Support, LAN, WAN, ITIL, MCP, £24,000-£25,000 (1 year fixed-term contract)!!!

A prestigious organisation is currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st/2nd line support through the service desk function.

You should have at least 2 years experience on a service desk and have a desire to move into a large service desk team.

You should be familiar with LAN/WAN environments and preferably ITIL accredited.

Exposure to telecoms systems and Microsoft accreditations are highly desirable.

The Service Desk Analyst will support and monitor end users to ensure costly usage of business systems.

The majority of the role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support via the Service Desk in response to business and client requests.

Problems must be escalated to the appropriate resolution level, through the thorough understanding of a service desk environment.

Additionally you may be asked to assist with the enhancement of the Service Desk System and other tasks as required.



Please note this is a 1 year fixed term contract and can be based in Basingstoke or Northampton.

You will work 37.5 hours p/week between 8am and 6pm.
