An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Social Worker to work in a Community Learning Disabilities Team.

For this position, you must be a Qualified Social Worker with experience working with Adults with Learning Disabilities.

You will be providing assessment and support to adults with Learning Disabilities in the Weymouth and Portland area of Dorset.

For this position, you must be a Qualified Social Worker with experience working with Adults with Learning Disabilities.

You will be providing assessment and support to adults with Learning Disabilities in the Weymouth and Portland area of Dorset.

With the position being within a Community Learning Disabilities Team, is it both multi-disciplinary and integrated with health.



Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5 however a level of flexibility may be a possibility.
