You should be proficient in scripting language, such as PHP, Perl, Python, JavaScript, Tcl/tk, and also be proficient at developing on either a Unix or a Linux platform.
You should also have database knowledge, such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostGres, Informix, Sybase.

A degree of grade 2:1 or above is necessary
