Mental Health Service Manager required in Bristol- An experienced and qualified Service Manager is required to oversee this IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) services in Bristol, for adults with anxiety, depression, and associated mental health needs.

Mental Health Service Manager required in Bristol- An experienced and qualified Service Manager is required to oversee this IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) services in Bristol, for adults with anxiety, depression, and associated mental health needs.

These services promote well-being and recovery, and encourage personal responsibility for lifestyle choices.

You will be responsible for leading and implementing these services - this will entail ensuring clinical governance is in place, completing client assessments, working closely with training providers, managing a budget and a staff team, and making sure that the services meet all guidance and specifications.



Applicants will ideally have the ability to be good communicators in sometime difficult situations.
