Domiciliary Care Manager in Bristol.

Candidates for this roles will ideally have previous domiciliary care management experience and be a driver with an NVQ4/RMA qualification or equivalent, although this is not necessarily essential if you are experienced in the domiciliary care field and have staff management experience.

Candidates for this roles will ideally have previous domiciliary care management experience and be a driver with an NVQ4/RMA qualification or equivalent, although this is not necessarily essential if you are experienced in the domiciliary care field and have staff management experience.

Within this role you will be responsible for managing the branch on a day to day basis and ensuring the branch is run to the high standards set by the organisation.

Your main duties will include, care planning and risk assessments, staff supervisions and appraisals, staff recruitment and training, rotas and rostering, quality assurance audits, staff spot checks and audits and the day to day running of the branch.
