Estimator - Civil Engineering / Concrete Repair - Cheshire

We are currently recruiting and Estimator for a specialist contractor that forms part of an international group.

Working in the building and civil engineering sectors, projects involve the strengthening, refurbishment or repair of all types of building and civil engineering structures and infrastructure.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the successful Estimator will be based from a regional office in Cheshire and be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, to form part of the tender delivery.

Remuneration:

- Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Company car or car allowance
- Pension scheme
- 26 days annual leave plus public holidays
- Flexible annual leave scheme

Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years as an Estimator for a specialist contractor.
- Previous experience in Concrete Repair, Cathodic Protection, and CFRP Strengthening.
- Practiced & familiar with standard methods of measurement and forms of contract
- Ability to carry out quantitative take offs from drawings.
- A record of securing successfully completed contracts.

- Educated to a decent standard.
