Planning Engineer – M&E / Building Services
**flexible working location for 3 days with lodge / expenses covered if needed**

My client is looking for a Mechanical and Electrical / Building Services Project Planning Engineer to work on a number of projects throughout the UK.

You will be required to work out of their regional office in the lower East Midlands for 2 days per week but the rest of the working week is very flexible.

You MUST have the following to be considered:

- 5-10 years in Planning
- Worked on M&E / Building Services elements on general build construction projects.


- A good track record of permanent employment
- Proficient in Asta Power Project
- Be willing to work out of the lower East Midlands for 2 days per week (rest of working week is flexible)

The Planning Engineer will be stand alone working on M&E Elements of Building Services schemes.

You will be heavily focussed on the pre-construction elements of work i.e.

tender Planning, integrating plans with the main construction programmes although there will be elements of progress and KPI reporting on live projects.

There is scope within this role to build a small team and develop less experienced staff into specialist Planners.


There is an opportunity to step up into a Senior Planner role in the next 2-3 years.

The ideal candidate will receive:
