Housing Solutions Officer- London
Our client requires a Housing Solutions Officers to join their Housing Options Teams.
The role involves undertaking homeless prevention work, giving advice on housing options, acting as a keyworker for your allocated customers, and undertaking homeless assessments.
You will share responsibility with your team for dealing with face to face customers and answering telephone enquiries on a rota basis as well as managing your own caseload.
